Walt needs to go and the Reds need to replace him with someone with contemporary thinking about baseball players and statistics. Just having another Walt move in isn't going to work long-term.

Not me. That at bat was horrible. Cozart is not a major league hitter. In fact, he's a liability to an offense that's anemic anyway.

The same might be said for Hamilton against really good pitching. He looks helpless tonight, but then again, most of the lineup looks that way.

When the other teams scores four runs, no matter how early, is it a foregone conclusion that the game is over with this roster?

look at the stats, they have a top 10 offense. Something the Reds couldn't dream of having. I will sacrifice some defense for the ability to score runs ANY DAY

Game threads on Redszone when the Reds are losing are the worst.

“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Making the All-Star team was the worst thing that could have happened to Simon (at least from the Reds' perspective). This guy isn't an All-Star. He had a lucky first half and now he's pitching like he has the rest of his career. Probably got an overinflated sense of himself after that bogus selection (which only happened b/c Cueto couldn't pitch).

    Simon is falling apart.

    Way to go Walt!

The Reds are awful this year. I don't even know why I care.

    Oh yeah, because I'm addicted.

Another run. Simon says Walt pooped the bed when he didn't trade the mirage known as Alfredo Simon after that lucky first half.

Considering Masterson has a track record of starting games going back to 2010, I doubt it.
