Ken Holtzman and Rick Wise threw no hitters against the Reds in 1971.

To see pitchers that are barely as good as those 2 throw almost no hitters almost game after every other game...... I mean... how can it be this bad?

You mean Clint Hurdle. The ultimate True Grit who eats John Wayne for breakfast and wants to instill the tough into the Pirates by having their pitchers throw inside enough to lead the league in HBP the last 2 years?

Believe me.... the Reds need to find a Josh Harrison somewhere. They seem to find diamonds in the rough with pitching.

    Just saying....

Harrison since the ASB is hitting .328 with 15 doubles, 3 triples, 8 HR and OPSing .940 with crazy good defense

Boy I thought we could get a live body for Broxton. Things are worse than I thought and I thought they were pretty bad.

    We're getting back dead guys?
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Who cares. Contract is gone and they are getting either 1 or 2 players back for him.....but if NOT again...contract gone.

If anything, the Broxton trade shows that Walt is planning to do something this offseason.

I do not like Clint Hurdle.

I like Josh and his Ben Zobrist like performance.
