Re: Post your Fantasy Draft Here

Twelve team non-PPR league, and I picked second. Clearly, my team's biggest weakness is RB depth, and I'm kicking myself for not taking Rashad Jennings over Victor Cruz when both were available in round five, as Jennings would have balanced out this team more than Cruz does.

    Starters

    QB Matt Ryan

    RB LeSean McCoy
    RB Doug Martin

    WR Antonio Brown
    WR Larry Fitzgerald

    RB/WR Victor Cruz

    TE Vernon Davis

    Patriots Defense

    K Justin Tucker

    Bench

    QB Phillips Rivers

    RB Jeremy Hill
    RB Devonta Freeman
    RB Christine Michael

    WR Eric Decker
    WR Rueben Randle
    WR Hakeem Nicks

I think you might be pleasantly surprised by Hill this season. You could always wait a week or so and make a trade involving Rivers and one of your wide outs to get descent running back. Nice drafts Logan Buck!

Re: Post your Fantasy Draft Here

14 team league settings are at the bottom (drafted 6th overall):
    QB:
Aaron Rodgers GB Rd 2 23rd overall

    RB:
Frank Gore SF Rd 3 34th overall
Stephen Ridley NE Rd 8 107th overall (kind of regret this in hindsight).
Mark Ingraham NO Rd 9 118th overall
Chris Ivory NYJ Rd 11 146th overall
Ronnie Hillman Rd 13 174th overall

    WR:
Calvin Johnson Det Rd 1 6th overall
Michael Crabtree SF Rd 4 51st overall
Torrey Smith Bal Rd 5 62nd overall
Reggie Wayne Rd 6 79th overall
Dwayne Bowe Rd 10 135th overall
Josh Gordon Post Draft FA (picked him up to stash him in case he gets to play under a new drug policy).

    TE:
Dennis Pitta Bal Rd 7 90th overall

    K:
Dan Bailey Dal Rd 12 163rd overall

    Def:
Tampa Bay Rd 14th 191 overall

25 yards passing per point (IE 100 yds passing=4 points), 4 points per TD, -1 per interception, 10 yards rushing/receiving per point (IE 50 yards=5 pts), 6 points per rushing/receiving/return td, +2 for 2 pt conversion, -2 for fumbles lost.

    FG inside of 40 yards= +3, 40-49= +4, 50+= 5, 1 point per extra point.

Sack 1, Interception 2, Fumble Recovery 2, Touchdown 6, Safety 2, Block Kick 2, Kickoff and Punt Return Touchdowns 6,
Points Allowed 0 points 10, Points Allowed 1-6 points 7, Points Allowed 7-13 points 4, Points Allowed 14-20 points 1, Points Allowed 21-27 points 0,
Points Allowed 28-34 points -1, Points Allowed 35+ points -4.

Special Notes: I normally don't mess with K or D until I HAVE to, but this 14 team league was leaving people scrambling for 3rd/4th WR and RBs by Rd 10 and I thought a kicker and defense made more sense than that filler. Thoughts are appreciated. I thought about dumping someone for James Starks whos on FA.

That's nice. I bet Cooks is starting for you before the end of the season. Love Jennings in PPR.

I have also done some flipping since the draft. Traded Lynch and Jeffries for Julio Jones and Eddie Lacy. Hopefully Lacy improves as the year goes on.

Also what are people's opinions on Auction Drafts, never done one before and I am looking to perhaps try one out next season.

I like them, I prefer auctions to regular drafts. This was the 3rd year one league I am in has had an auction draft and this year was really difficult everyone had a really solid strategy, it was fun though.

Drafted a D WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too early. Even Seattle's d isn't going to get you that many points. Whats your starter setup?

That's a DO. Easy. You've already got studs at WR and I hate your RBs.

Gordon for Bush in an era where more teams are throwing the ball 500 times in a season makes it seem like I'm selling low even though I know Gordon won't be around until week 12. I worry that Bush might have hit a wall he has 150 yds total which trails (on my team) Gore, Ingraham (which has missed the last two weeks), and Ivory in the league scoring settings. Gordon could come in at the end just waiting to blow the doors off, if he hadn't been suspended you could have made a case he'd been a top 3 wide receiver this year.
