    DatDudeDP strikes again.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Another scoreless frame for Holmberg in the 6th.

That base running play was intended to make sure the runner scored. Draw the throw at third, let the runner score.
We've seen it often from the Reds this year. Usually unnecessary play, leads to extra outs, but not uncommon.

You might be right. The third baseman leapt to snag the non-cutoff-throw to make the play happen.

But what sense does it make with the bases loaded and no outs?

I think Frazier scores on that FO 90% of the time. Without any help.

Also, if the Brewers let Holmie beat them, they may as well fold their tents.

Location, location, location. And changing speeds a little bit. And taking advantage of A team that's pressing.

Once Frazier heads home, Mes evaluates. He thinks the play at home will be close. He then goes to third to draw a throw. Frazier then scores easily.

It's an instinctive play by Mes. It happens all the time these days. As I said, it's often unnecessary to score the run. But you see it frequently.

Holmberg's ERA lowered to an even 6.00 after tonight's good performance.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”
