Two 3Bs?..I'll take an educated guess and say Santiago will be playing 2B.
    Also, hurray for Yorman.

Three regulars? Might give the Cubs an edge in chasing us. Like to see the kids, but one or two a game is plenty.

Well, they don't really have a left fielder and now that Frazier is over at first, they don't really have a third baseman, so you can't "blame" those slots on Price.

I love the guys, but it's hard to imagine folks hitting worse than Bruce, Cozart and Phillips at this point. So....I can't really "blame" Price for that either.

The only hope for this franchise is that some guys resurrect their careers.

What an AB by Billy. Exactly what he needs to do to be a pest to the opposition.

Bases loaded. Simon isn't the Simon of the first half.

Castillo pops up on the first pitch. No score after 1.

26 pitches in the first. Bullpen better get ready.

    It's dead here. Later.

Elmore takes way too many pitches to be on this team.

Just following on Gameday so I don't know if the zone placement is correct, that being said, do the Reds know that they don't have to swing if the ball is out of the zone? I think only one of the 7 to BHam showed up as being in the strike zone.

I don't think any of the Reds outside of Votto are very good at pitch recognition. You have to wonder if they even know the strike zone.

The same could be said of the umps, however. That might play with a batter's mind.
