Error should go to the SS...Cozart played the throw that way and missed it.

I'm pretty sure there wasn't a strike in that whole at bat.

I am starting to wonder if this is a one-and-done for Price. Yes, the injuries have hurt the team. But where is the accountability he stressed so much? This team plays a lot of brain-dead baseball IMO.

For those that doubt the value of grit: The Reds have scored 25 runs since Skippy went out 11 games ago. 2.27 RPG.

Parra and Gomez with highlight reel plays in back to back batters.

Ton of big defensive plays in this game.

Skip with 4 hits in Reds wins from July 6th to when he was injured in early-mid Sept

This telecast is just brutal. And I'd bet my house Thom couldn't sit near that guy doing that for more than 5 min.

The "Woo" guy is at the game. Thom is serving as his advocate, supporting his "Woo" and saying that it's a good thing.

Jim Day, well-known doofus in Cincinnati, is apparently virulently anti-Woo according to Thom. Surprising, but in a positive way.

If a pitcher pitched the first seven innings of a game in which his team was leading 1-0, played the eighth inning in left field, and then was brought back in and closed the game out in the ninth with his team still ahead by the 1-0 margin; would he get both the win and the save?

No. The first condition for recording a save is that the pitcher is not the winning pitcher.
