There's something you need to know about the relationship between Time Warner and HBO but I don't know how to tell you.

That being said, I'd pay 15/month for HBO.

Yeah, that is fine, but this is great news for people who want to cut the cord completely from Time Warner/Cable.
It's amazing how terrible Time Warner is. They charge basically more than anyone else, they have the fewest number of HD channels, they penalize you for not buying their phone service (which has crazy high taxes) and awful customer service to boot. I remember I decided to cut the cord on Time Warner at one point when the billing got out of control and no joke, I looked at the bill closely and realized they were charging me monthly fees to use their remotes! That was the end of that.
