Gotta talk to each other, boys.

That one's on Brandon. 2B has the angle on a foul ball behind first base.
Eric Stratton, Rush Chairman. Damn glad to meet ya.

SMH....not sure who is at fault but couldn't see either face or the franchise calling it......no excuse for that at all.

Easier play for Brandon but I think he thought Votto definitely had it, which he should have.

Votto has played some cruddy defense on this road trip.

Yes, but no reason a MLB first baseman with a GG doesn't catch that. I expect every first baseman in the league to catch that.

I'm not playing GM 101, I'm playing excited fan wanting to see the newly acquired kid pitch.

And I would expect every second baseman to catch it. Especially one with multiple GG's.

I agree....but I also feel Brandon knew Votto had the break on it and was settled while Phillips was moving.

They don't communicate well together. Hate it when Votto goes way after a ball to his left instead of knowing Brandon is right there and just covering first or letting it go.

Well, it turned out that it didn't matter, as Pedro was able to take care of business.

I simply do not care what he does against them. I'll let it go and enjoy him in 2017

Even when Bryan Price does the right thing it doesn't work.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”
