Nice hit by the Future LFer.

Hitters who avoid outs are the funnest.

"So is Suarez going to play LF next year?"

Price reaffirms that Cozart is the starting SS next season every time someone asks. Uncle Walt today nixed that though, said they have no plans for him in LF at this time. I bet WJ gets his way.

That Votto is so hot right now, double down the line

But Suarez gunned down at home plate
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

If there were a league full of Vottos there wouldn't be Cy Young Award winners? WTF was that statement?

Now come on dude, you know that the Byrd deal just set that in stone.

Suarez acted like he touched the plate. Replay is very close. No tag was made though.

Has to be still an out right? You can't tell if he touched the plate

Votto has a career BA above .300 against CY Young winners.

Maybe Walt has plans that deviate from his managers because said manager won't be manager next year?

Good lord I hope not. I'm hoping the Reds pick up a young major league hitter for Chapman, a la Puig or (as part of a larger deal) Yelich or maybe even Pollack.

Looks like a good call by the Ump. Called him out right when the tag was made on the second attempt.

I know. Was just pointing out another of Thom's idiotic statements.
