Another strong inning from Lamb. 6 innings, 5 hits, 0 walks, 8 Ks, 2 ER so far.

Lamb gets squeezed then K's Braun on a really good breaking ball. I didn't know he had that in him. 0 BB/8 K in six innings.

Thom, I'm going to need names of those who completely dismissed Josh Donaldson as a MVP candidate. I think you made that up.

I dream of a day when Chris doesn't have to apologize for bringing up sabermetrics.

Suarez puts a charge into one caught at the wall.

By the way, the new Col Sanders is step up from the creepy one. Strange they changed that so soon. Maybe he made the little kids cry. Back to baseball.

Lamb done after a two out hit by Skippy means a PH spot for De Jesus. Guess it makes sense in a one run game, but Lamb sure looked like he could go for a 7th.

The old one was Darrell Hammond. The new one is fellow SNL alumnus Norm Macdonald.

Not sure of his season innings total or if he is on the watch list.....but I would have liked for Lamb to pitch the 7th

Nice pick and throw deep in the hole by the error prone Suarez.

Well Lamb clearly still has a lot to learn about pitching in the Major Leagues. And he could learn it from Sampson. Lamb need to be more of a leader to the offense and inspire them to score more than one run in 6 innings.

Hitters who avoid outs are the funnest.
