Is it me or does it seem that We score runs early and the bullpen gives up the runs that wins the game? The opposition's bully is better at holding the Reds harmless.

Lamb works around a leadoff double followed by a walk with no damage
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

65 pitches for Lamb through 4 innings.

Has to get those pitch counts down if he wants to be a good MLB starting pitcher.

Ugh, stupid little double on an 0-2 pitch over Frazier's head to leadoff the 5th.

Followed by a bloop just fair to drive in Herrera. Segura thrown out at second though for out #2.

    3-1 game

And then Segura bloops a hit just into short RF to make it 3-1. Talk about an unlucky earned run.

But then Bruce guns down Segura trying to make it a double!

Bruce passes the responsibility to Votto who passes it to Phillips. Two more passes than Tebow will have with the Eagles.

Walks will haunt when you're batting, too.
