The game is on TV. Just wasn't originally scheduled to be on (someone said they aired this one to make up for Friday's rainout, but they aired both games of the DH yesterday, so that logic doesn't make much sense to me).

Lorenzen pitching a lot like Louisville Lorenzen so far today.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

7 pitch inning. That'll work Michael.

Maybe it's because it's getaway day after a long, rain delayed double header, so the Brewers are too tired to care, but Lorenzen looks like a different pitcher than earlier in the season.

So running Frazier in front of Votto was stupid, easily thrown out trying to steal 2nd.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Stupid steal. I also hate when the runner spends half the time looking at the catch rather than getting his head down and digging for the bag.

Votto walks with two outs and passes off the responsibility of driving him in to BP.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

And now you see the stupidity of a steal in front of Votto. He would've been on second ANYWAY. I mean good lord, he's getting on base at like a 50% clip.

Plus it's not like Frazier is a burner on the basepaths, he's a good runner who can swipe a base if when pitcher gives him the chance. Nelson was throwing over and keeping him close, having him still try and steal the base as though he's Billy Hamilton was terrible.

FWIW FSO did not televise the 2nd game because of UC football game.
