On the flip side of the HR Derby Josh Donaldson has been insane.

When you are scuffling like Votto, you get on anyway you can.

The only thing less intentional than Liriano hitting Votto was Chapman hitting Rodriguez last night.

He's not far from falling BEHIND Miguel Cabrera in OPS

I think Igelsias's stuff is so good that he's fooling the umpire kind of like Hamilton's speed does on bang bang plays.

I can't overstate how much I love it when Bruce goes the opposite way. IMO it's a dead giveaway that he's locked in.

In game trivia....Jay Bruce recently surpassed 1,000 career hits, but he already had 1,000+ career strikeouts.

You get 1 guess.....which is the only player on this list with more career strikeouts?

    Jonny Gomes
    Matt Holliday
    Nelson Cruz
    Chris Davis
    Prince Fielder
    Jose Bautista
    Albert Pujols

I'd guess Gomes. He can whiff with the best of them. (Just not sure he's gotten enough playing time to pass Jay)

Gomes is only about 10 behind him.

If you mean line drives to left, sure.

But look at his spray charts on Fangraphs. The routine opposite field fly balls have hurt him badly this season.

I'd like to know the exit velocity of that Polanco hit passed Phillips. He isn't polished but the ball definitely sounds different off of his bat.

Terrible pitch calling.....take a little off or jam him. You don't think Cutch is going to adjust???
