Before Gomez some backup named Cain made one of the best I have ever seen

Words together in a sentence that I didn't think we'd see the rest of the season: Jay Bruce intentionally walked.

That looked like a pretty lucky grab.

He didn't get a great jump or read on the ball, just threw his glove up and the ball happened to hit it.

Hamilton would have made that look routine.

Brewers pitcher pitches to the weakness of the Reds' hitter--throwing strikes.

Duvall strikes out. On a bad pitch. Lost opportunity to tack on, but then we'd not see Chapman. Gotta have that save you know. Silly. Let's win.

That's why I qualified it with "rest of this season." As bad as he's been going, I'm shocked they don't try to pitch to him every time.

Nevin Ashley. Saw this guy interviewed on Intentional Talk on the MLB network. His wife's name is, well, Ashley Ashley.

    We're good again!
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Reds win--out of the cellar in the NL Central. I feel better. No one unless you are Chuckie wants to be last

Line drive at the CF is the toughest to get a good jump on and ball tailed back...it was a heck of a play. He likely took an extra step toward his right than an everyday CF but he did not just throw his glove up. He jumped when he had to as another stride and it would've been too late and he hung up just long enough to catch it.

Hamilton catches it but I don't feel in a routine way....would've been a very good play by him as well, especially running from the dugout
