Duda hits a 3 run HR. 4-0 Mets.

Well...that draft pick will be good.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

    I think Disco's worn down.

Yeah, Braves were leading the Marlins by 4 so the Reds' chances are improving.

At this point, I'm all in for the highest possible pick, as long as the Reds are willing to allocate the money for a real stud prospect.

Agree completely. Really no utility in pitching him anymore this season.

A guy like Finnegan, I see the utility in pitching him. If he's going to become a starter, let him pitch.

I can see it for Lamb too. Last time out he was notably better at keeping his pitch count down.

But I see nothing to be gained by pitching Disco. He's had a lot of innings for a young pitcher. He isn't going to get much better via a few late September starts. Only bad things can happen.

Miami tied up Atlanta, that's not helpful.

I see that Latos has now officially been released.

Maybe the Reds pick him up only for the rest of this season.

    To help them rest Disco.

This is a not so great ballgame.

But the beer is cold and it's Friday night.

My wife pointed out they don't put up KKK for 3 strikeouts in the OF stands. They hold the third K and put it up on the 4th K.

Syndegaard is some impressive young pitcher. Dominating.
