Now the Cubs must be in the juice. 3 base error, French guy on third. Bottom of the 9th no outs, down 4-0. Reds have been shutout on 5 total hits in two games.

Votto walks--46 straight games now. Ironman was right.

    Votto walks. Streak alive.

    Sit him down.

Just on TV, Joey looks under the weather to me. Hope he's ok.

Kc, Votto might be one of the only players worth MLB designation on the field (maybe Bruce). If he was really hurt, they would take him out. Wait. I forgot who the field general was.

Skippy does what Skippy does. Double play. Game over. I hate this organization and this coaching staff. Sorry, but I do. This is so embarrassing. I never thought it would come to this, but in great moves, they fired a 500-win manager, gave out impossible contracts, traded away their ace and refused to use their closer except when it was time to close. The result is dang near 100 losses. It's inexcusable and I'm hacked.

Where is the outrage? From 93 wins to 63 wins in less than two years. In NY or most anywhere else the press and media people would be calling for heads, but here and elsewhere, we hear they're keeping Jockkety and Price and willing to wait for 2018 or beyond. Way beyond. Brilliant.

Outscored 68-22 coming down the stretch in this 10-game losing streak. Yep, there is a ton of quit in this team.

This what you call falling off a cliff. Very sad for an organization to fall this far this fast. The blame starts with ownership works it way all through. I'm afraid we will see much of the same next season too.

This is the start of a new Lost Decade. It has all the symptoms. Poor management from top to field, untalented players at al levels surrounded by a few good players, and fans who think losing is good.

I watched the entire damn game last night.

    I have no idea why.

Maybe you like to watch car crashes, too. Along with the guy on the sidelines looking at it with a dead stare. Somewhat like the field general of this team.
