Probably Frazier, possibly Phillips, perhaps Chapman, maybe Tim Hummel

As long as it's not their pizza. That stuff isn't Donatos bad, but man, it's awful.

Hey, I used to make those too in the late '70's too. Cheap and not half-bad and easy on the budget. I'd scrape up leftovers that weren't moldy for toppings out of the fridge. Jeez, I'd forgotten about those kits.

Yep. To me, the crust is important primarily in defining the style of pizza; after that, it's just the thing that holds the rest of it. I'm primarily a toppings guy. The rest of it is just a cheese pizza, and I've never been fired up about plain cheese pizza no matter whose it is.

We still get those and my wife makes them. I like them over just about any other pizza.

We picked up a large pepperoni pizza at Costco on Friday. Very good at only $10.50 out the door.

Costco is an inflation buster. Can't believe the hot dog combo is still $1.50 - I'm to the age where I'm done with hot dogs but it still makes me glad when I see it.

Their giant rotisserie chicken for 4.99, and humongous pumpkin pie for 5.99 are insane deals. The pumpkin pies only lasted until Thanksgiving though.

Make your own, it's easy, cheaper, and better. I'm putting two pies together this evening, both about 14 inches, one with pesto, spinach, goat cheese, sundried tomatoes, mozzarella, the other with black olives, red peppers, mushrooms, mozzarella. Probably about $15 for both, but if you use cheaper mozzarella or provolone, it's even less.

Their loss leader strategy on the rotisserie chicken is brilliant. The chicken is massive and delicious, but you spend $200 on stuff you didn’t know you needed just making your way to the chicken area. Then, for food measure, you spend another $100 on the way back to the front of the store. Personally, I have no self control when I enter Costco which is why I only go once or twice a year.

Sam's Club does the same thing. Even better, they turn the chicken that doesn't sell into simple, addictive chicken salad. A couple times I drove there after work, grabbed nothing but the chicken salad, a container of croissants, swiped a spork from the eating area, and just ate out in my car. Cheap meal and leftovers.
