Pretty much exactly what McCarron couldn't do. We have a field position slugfest in the rain. Punting isn't terrible.

It's true. But he just doesn't have that shiftiness he had last season. He used to be able to turn plays into gains even when they hit him early.

People were talking about the rain being an advantage for Cincy, but not about how it would affect McCarron. He shredded this D the last time he faced them although he made some mistakes. Not so this evening.
