As I suspected...
From Rotoworld with Rotoworld comments:
Damian Lillard said that there were points towards the end of the 2015-16 season in which his foot hurt so bad that he could only play during games.
Lillard still managed to suit up for 75 games despite dealing with what sounds like a pretty severe case of plantar fasciitis, and he will take time this offseason to rehab so that he's 100 percent when the 2016-17 season begins. Lillard said that he's been swimming, doing hot yoga and other low-impact workouts to avoid putting too much stress on his heel. The 25-year-old has improved upon his numbers every year in the league, and next season should be no different. He should be off the board by the first-round.

There's no guarantee that this proactive approach to healing his foot will work long enough to avoid the plantar fasciitus from reoccurring during the latter part of a very long season. If Stott's was smart, and he's never shown to be in this area, he would monitor Lillard's minutes on back-to-back's throughout the season. It took me five years to get rid of mine, and I've yet to see any basketball professional get rid of it completely in one off season, but they also didn't stay in shape by doing hot yoga. The downfall of rest is the getting out of basketball shape, so they always did things involving putting pressure on the tendons of the arch of the foot to get back in shape. Hot yoga reduces the amount of stress there while keeping the rest of the body in tiptop shape.
