That is the most bizarre half inning I've seen in a long time.
Team TOOTBLAN.
Frankly, this whole series has been an embarrassment.
I've complimented Price for keeping the team playing hard most games.
But the last three days has been horrendous. If I bought a ticket I'd ask for a refund.

Our planet is a lonely speck in the great enveloping cosmic dark. In our obscurity, in all this vastness, there is no hint that help will come from elsewhere to save us from ourselves. -- Carl Sagan (Pale Blue Dot)
Mets score on a wild pitch. Disco didn't cover home plate. Throw in an error by Peraza and this is one ugly game.

Rounding third and heading for home...
Mets finally go out. 2-0 New Yorkers.

It's nice of the Reds to have a throwback game in honor of the '62 Mets.

Darling is DESTROYING the Reds right now. Calls them "garbage" for their lack of effort today.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”
What happened to the team that was playing so well after All-Star break?
Reds have 1st and third to start the third. The comeback is on.

The entire Mets broadcasting booth has wasted the Reds for four to five minutes. If this play today and lack of anyone getting sat down immediately is my biggest and best example of why Price has to go. Today.
This is absolutely horrible
