Yeah, I'm going there with this thread. I'm one of the biggest Cardinals-fearing posters around, but they look bad and we should revel in it while we can.

Yadi's throw yesterday.
Listened to the Cardinals announcers yesterday (because Thom) and they spent a long time making the argument that the play was probably a botched play by the 2nd baseman who came in at the wrong angle. Seemed to have trouble admitting that (a soon to be 35 year old) Yadi can have one sail on him

Yeah, Edmonds said that maybe the second baseman was supposed to cut the throw off for a possible play at the plate in case the Reds were going to try a steal of home. To which I thought, "Yeah, Yadi would have thrown it over his head, too!"

I know someone disagreed with me earlier this year, but the Molina contract extension - 3 years until he's 37 at $20 million a year makes me laugh (unless of course he's got some Barry Bonds thing going on).
