Just as a note, the club can exceed the pool limits by up to 5% when they then would a 75% penalty. If I'm calculating right, they have $682,920 in room and would face a penalty of $512,000 penalty on that maximum amount. Clubs have exceeded the pool amount seventy-four times, but none have exceeded the 5% max and lost a draft pick. Writing this here just to note it, but will also post it in the discussion thread for further discussion.

Can't say - we don't know what Downs or the other top 10 guys signed for. We also don't know if they went over $125K with any of the post 10th round guys yet, either.

If my calcs are correct, the most they could possibly have to go over slot for Greene and the Day 3 guys total is ~$600K without incurring penalties. That's assuming everyone after Case signs for $10K, which likely won't be the case. I think Greene will likely get around slot, which would leave up to $600K to offer to Mace (or McConnell, but he won't be taking that) to sign. Let's hope for the best.

Come on, Beni - I've been awake for about an hour. My eyes are not adjusted yet. Cut me some slack.

But, we would still need to know the deals for the other guys to know what's left for Greene. There's a chance they could have saved $900,000+ from rounds 5-10 (once they've all signed, of course).
