Kelch has a horrible announcer voice

I don't agree. In fact, I like Kelch even more when he's filling for Marty on the radio. He has good chemistry with the Cowboy, and I would like to see the radio crew eventually be Kelch and Brantley when Marty hangs 'em up. (Hopefully sooner rather than later.)

I just can't get into Kelch. Thom is unlistenable. George is the best of the bunch, which isn't saying much, and he's a part-timer.

It's relatively low on my totem pole of concerns, but I'd love if Marty could retire and boot Thom to radio and then hire a legitimate PBP guy.
