    Pair of strikeouts in a 1-2-3 inning for Romano in the 5th. Outside of the 3-1 pitch to Ellis and some waste pitches to drive up his pitch count he's looked awfully good.

    Great stuff there to Gordon. Like the no nibbling even if the previous 2 guys would not bite on his breaking pitches which were blah really.

    I think he can go another no matter how it plays out next inning. He's just under 90 so that will please the don't let him go over 100 crowd even if it's 105.
