    Scheb K's but it's 3-0 and Cole had a 29-pitch 1st inning.

The Pirates are supposed to be a savvy stats-oriented shifting defensive team, so you'd think they'd have an answer for Billy Hamilton.

Harrison (Cincinnati native, FYI) flies out after a pesky long AB, 1 down.

Marte walks on a 5-pitch AB. Luis was missing badly in that AB.

Castillo works around the walk and it's still 3-0 after 1 full.

Not the easiest 1st for Luis but he battles through it.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Awfully quick 2nd inning for Cole there. 7 pitches.

Castillo looks like he's falling off to the side on some of his pitches, which is leading to his control issues.
