. Not a fan of the crazy ballet scene? It didn’t lose me but I agree that the endings didn’t measure up to most of the shows

If you have HBO Max, I highly recommend Class Action Park. It's about the most singularly amazing amusement park in history. Imagine being 17 with zero impulse control in a place where everyone's in swimwear on outrageously dangerous rides.

Love, Death & Robots (animated anthology on Netflix) is fun. It's basically Heavy Metal the TV series.

Haven't watched the latest Mandalorian episode yet, but I'm a huge fan of Timothy Olyphant from Justified so I'm gonna give it a shot.

edit: also Deadwood. He was great in that show.

Olyphant is in Season 4 of Fargo, which I’m enjoying.

I am late to the Olyphant party - loved Deadwood and just started watching Justified (even though I've read all the books its based on - but that's a different thread)

Justified is great. One of the most enjoyable shows I've ever watched. So many memorable characters.

If SNL wanted to do a skit about Margaret Thatcher, Gillian Anderson would be perfect.

She plays a good Thatcher, but IMO she plays a better sex therapist.

For those of you who don't have Starz, both seasons of Counterpart are on Amazon Prime. Love JK Simmons, and I love the show.

Just getting into His Dark Materials on HBO. I'm a sucker for sci-fi epics so it has me hooked, but something isn't working. Regardless, I'm plowing through it and enjoying it overall.

I watched that first season a while back and loved it. Had totally forgotten tho, so thanks for the heads up.

I found the points that grabbed me in the first season were where it went beyond The Golden Compass. They're now fully beyond it in season 2 and I'm enjoying having no idea what's going to happen next.
