We binged season 4 of Cobra Kai. It continues to be pulp opera in all the best ways. And we finally get the return of the All-Valley Karate Tournament. I hit the parlay on it.

Grape works as a soda. Sort of as a gum. I wonder why it doesn't work as a pie. Grape pie? There's no grape pie. - Larry David

Arcane isn't just the best video game adaptation ever, it's a great show on its own. Finished tonight and that's one of the best Netflix shows ever made. It's so good.
Archive 81 was pretty good, and very creepy at times. As far as horror/thriller Netflix shows go, not as good as Midnight Mass, but still worthy of a watch. Be warned tho, it takes several episodes before you have any idea what is going on, but the early episodes still work. Solid 7/10 for the creepy genre.
Reacher is worth watching. Good show.
That show has got a body count. I like that they went for a walking mountain like Alan Ritchson for the title character, like he's supposed to be. I remember reading about how Tom Cruise was the absolute wrong human for that role when they did the movie. Also like how Ritchson plays it as being on the spectrum without ever having to say it out loud.

Like it. For the uninitiated, it's about UK's equivalent of an internal affairs division where cops go undercover to investigate other cops. Like it because the "bad cops" aren't necessarily monsters. They screw up and then make a series of bad/bad/bad choices until they're full-fledged criminals. Likewise, the flaws of the "good cops" are apparent.
If you are looking for other UK cop dramas: DCI Banks, Scott/Bailey, Hinterland, Prime Suspect. Bodyguard which you already mentioned. Best of the best IMHO: Luther starring Idris Elba.
Stick to your guns.

Just saw the first episode of the new season of Mrs. Maisel. Forgot how high-end the visuals are on that show, also the location transformation. There's a brief scene in Washington Square Park where they take it back in time 60 years. Massive transformation for seconds of film. Can't say enough good things about that.
Yet there's a scene on the Wonder Wheel at Coney Island that's fully epic. Like, the sort of grand comedic artifice that would be at home in It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World. The whole Coney Island portion is great, but the Wonder Wheel is the kind of swing few take anymore.
