The Crew set the bar for the Yellow Jackets.

It's another busy offseason for FC Cincinnati. The club, set to move into their brand new West End Stadium next year, are searching for key improvements to a squad that finished at the bottom of the Eastern Conference in 2020. A number of reinforcements will arrive, which will boost a handful of summer acquisitions already in the squad, but Cincy know they need an attacking enhancement this winter and the club are sifting through targets. “We’re looking for a high-profile DP, a decision-maker," Nijkamp told media on a virtual press conference when asked if the club were looking for a DP attacking midfielder. "We’re working on that."

If you are a Chicago Fire fan, than congratulations because your team just took a guy named Mitch Guitar.

The MLS draft is a total crap shoot, but he does seem good. I prefer drafting defenders, the odds of them being MLS serviceable is way higher.

Cincinnati FC is signing Pity Martinez and - for big money, apparently, a 21 yr old Brazilian starlet striker Brenner form São Paulo. are they spending the Reds’ money?

Brenner seems to be official, and that's really exciting. He had legit European interest.

Not seeing any official stories about Pity. I dunno that I'd be all that excited about him with the rumors of him being a negative locker room guy. Would be happy to be wrong.

Now it seems they’ve moved on from Martinez to Luciano Acosta.

He can help you. He was good for DC United a few years ago.
I also read they offered $10million for Papu Gomez, before he signed with Sevilla. I like their bold approach to adding talent.
Brenner is not only an exciting talent for the club, but for the league.

Based only on looking at Acosta in Football Manager he looks exactly like what Cincy have needed going forward. Ball progressing attacking midfielder who can pick a pass to get his strikers into good positions.

I'd be stoked if they pulled that move off.

Just read that alexandre pato signed with Orlando. Is this a wave of Brazilian forwards that are coming to MLS? Can we get a good one in Minnesota?
Where has he been since Milan and Chelsea in the early 2010s?
