    Nice to hear about the spin on his fastball too. Pairing that kind of velocity with a little more carry up in the zone would make his fastball an absolute weapon.

    I talk to a couple of ex-UF pitchers from time to time - one of whom actually had a cup of coffee in the majors. We started talking about Hunter Greene and they both couldn't stop gushing about his talent and potential. One of the guys regularly posts vids of Hunter throwing bullpen sessions. Safe to say they have my hopes for him sky high.

    In a regular season Hunter might have been able to end up at AA, where we could begin to talk of him being in the mix for 2021. Don't know if 2021 can still be in the mix. (At least the start of 2021).

    I think he'll be in the mix for mid season call up in 2021 if his development continues well at driveline.
    The television crews left and about 10 reporters remained in the room. That's when Price took his turn doing the talking.
    What followed was a five-minute, 34-second expletive-filled tirade. The final tally was 77 uses of the "F" word or a variant and 11 uses of a vulgar term for feces (two bovine, one equine).

    I suspect he'll be added to the 60-man so that he might be ready by mid-season 2021 (along with, perhaps, Lodolo).

    This assumes the Reds have few issues with Covid and Greene remains healthy.

    Re: Hunter Greene

    With news that Greene is now in Cincinnati combined with the less of Schebler and Dietrich off the 60-man roster, I'm guessing they announce Greene as a Prasco Red sometime this week.

    That said, this may be an opportune time to nab a couple free agents that could help the big club too.

    This is very encouraging...

    @HunterGreene17

    Just completed 100 innings last week, thankful to the staff and other players that helped me along the way. I’ve grown a lot during this time and I‘m looking forward to 2021! Let’s go
