3 bed/3 ba, 2600 sqft, little over .25 acre, on a quiet cul-de-sac. Had to go 10k over to beat out three other bidders. Needs some updating cosmetically, but that's about it. Great location. I would not have gotten a deal like this in my hometown, though. Or a few other slightly more desirable, neighboring suburbs.

I did get the tv off the floor finally. Need to do some tweaks though. Pictures are coming once i finish though.
Thing was definitely made in the 90's. particle board with a wood veneer. but they glued 1/2 inch plywood in between each cabinet. Cutting it was hell, but explains the studiness i felt. So it's getting painted. TV is getting framed out. I've added a center speak, and my sub woofer arrives next week. Now that the tv is off the ground, somehow, it looks smaller.

Best buy will price match up to 90 days. Last TV I bought there dropped twice and got money back both times.
