There are TOOTBLANs and then are epic TOOTBLANS. I would say that was pretty epic.

Joey doubles off the wall to drive in 2, but Peraza runs through the stop sign and gets caught in rundown.

I know they'll replace him to send a signal. ( I know they won't really).

Some guy with totally unspellable name comes into pitch for Pirates and walks Gennett.

Suarez strikes out swinging and looks at hand. (please don't be hurt)

Duvall lines to SS to end inning.

    6-1 Reds

Besides the obvious 'health' issue, lefty batters and specifically their HR power is what holds Disco back from taking a bigger step forward.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Nothing the Reds can do at this point in this season could be called epic.

It's not a difficult question, THom. There are three reasons:

    1. Baseball
    2. Football
    3. Basketball
Eric Stratton, Rush Chairman. Damn glad to meet ya.

I wondered as soon as I watched it. When the camera went from batter to OF Billy was already really moving and often he’s less into his route....his speed, layout dive, wall near....ball was MASHED and railing away and most impressively Francisco Cervelli (one of the grumpiest players in the game) gave him a standing ovation, shaking his head while smiling ......

No one else catches that ball. Buxton might get close but his jumps usually aren’t nearly that good. Inciarte, Kiermeier...nope, Pillar doesn’t get very close. Jackie Bradley Jr probably gets the closest. I think onl young Andruw Jones catches that, mainly because he had the most consistent phenomenal jumps I’ve ever seen.

Bit surprised by Riggleman's hook here, I figured he was looking for 7 from Disco.

Three off days and an eight-inning performance from Sal Romano in 8 days. The bullpen is rested.

Interesting story....my buddy on FB just posted a pic of his two kids and each had an autographed ball.....signed by Votto. I asked my friend where was the pic of him signing? He replied that Votto has just finished stretching, was wearing a green shirt and politely asked him to not take a pic because he wasn’t in uniform.
