Stephens and Crockett - I haven't changed my opinion - they still suck.
Rockies have 18 on the D-backs thru 4 innings. We're off the hook!!!
Rounding third and heading for home...

Sorry guys. I think I am 7-5 on the season now.
On pace for 71-91.
Eric Stratton, Rush Chairman. Damn glad to meet ya.
July 6th, 2009 - the 40-40 Cincinnati Reds and their (8-4) pitcher, Johnny Cueto, allow 10 runs in the top of the 1st inning and lose 22-2 to the Philadelphia Phillies.
I'm guessing the Indians decided to tell us what they thought of our spectacular win the night before.
Thanks to the Diamondbacks for allowing us to have the better showing on a 19 run night for opposing teams.
And hat tip to Alex Blandino for having the team's lowest ERA, with two K's to boot (small sample size notwithstanding).

Well that was ugly. At least the Rockies matched the Indians with 19 of their own. So the Reds pitching isn't alone. Just not Mahle's night. You will have a couple of these throughout any season. Also looking at Rainey's line shows he is just not MLB ready. he has a nice 24.43 ERA. Send him down and bring the next man up. Or have Blandino be the long man out of the pen. Who knew Standford Cardinal baseball could pitch?

“Blandino wasn't the only position player to pitch in Major League Baseball on Wednesday night. Daniel Descalso and Alex Avila both pitched for the Arizona Diamondbacks in a 19-2 loss to the Colorado Rockies.
Coincidentally, Blandino and Descalso both attended St. Francis High School in Mountain View, Calif.
Descalso, however, did not fare as well as Blandino, allowing four hits, a walk and three earned runs while striking out one in 2 2/3 innings.”
