I think Homer has a standing request to be paid the equivalent in shotgun shells, sunflower seeds, and quail.

Homer would have to be one of the worst signings in the history of sports no? Top 5 at least?
I can't think of an athlete being paid that much, only to suck so bad. And that's when he even plays.
Homer would have been worth more to the franchise if he just never pitched a game and retired.

Since no one is bothering with the score other than complaints and the getting tired old jokes about Homer, I went to ESPN website to get more info. What an unmitigated piece of garbage that website has become and basically impossible to navigate around anymore. It’s got too much crap going on to the point it shut my phone down.

    I'd just go with MLB.com
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Suarez looks at strike 3 that looked several inches low. I'd have been po'd also.

$20 Million per and it's like BP.
Unreal. I'm sure Homer is a decent guy (although he isn't very fan friendly) but I absolutely hate him as a baseball player.
It'll be a great day when the Reds are finally able to tell Homer to take a hike.

It is truly a dumpster fire now.

I have more often. I just look at Espn and think of that line from The Rainmaker when Matt Damon asks Jon Voight. Do you even remember when you first sold out?

I think that just ticked the lower edge of the zone, and both strike 3 calls were correct. But I'm still strongly for computer called strikes.

It's hard to catch when every hit is 100mph + off the bat.
Homer could have the best defense in baseball and he would still be one of the worst pitchers in MLB

I don't like the contract either, but I don't get going after Homer for taking it.

But those who gave it to him...
