    Ohio highway question

I will be traveling from the Reds game Friday night to Vienna/Parkersburg West Virginia. It appears the 2 best routes are taking 32 or taking 50. Anyone familiar with these have any advice?
I've been to dinner at Jimmy Buffet's house, and I've eaten it at a homeless shelter. And there's great joy and harrowing terror to be found in both places.

They aren't bad but you go through a lot of little towns.

Yeah, but in order to go through big cities, you'd have to go out of your way.

I've done 32 a few times and found it to be incredibly boring and frankly, hard to stay awake on after dark, but I'm not sure 50 is much better--In Ohio, I've never taken it farther west than Athens (I have taken it through Kansas, from Dodge to the Point of Know Return, but that's probably not the direction you're going).

But then, being from West Virginia, I've never found going to Parkersburg to be a particularly good idea anyway.

Taking my son back to school there. i was hoping to take the better of the two roads. I don"t see much difference on the map.

Really watch for deer at night.

50 is probably a little more scenic.

I think I’d do 32 if you want an easier drive. That stretch of 50 between Chillicothe and outside of Athens is a fun drive but hilly and twisty.
