Hamilton and Schebler not sure which one had it, and neither did. Thus a triple.

I guess that's why they weren't letting Harvey go over 100 pitches lol

that intentional walk was pretty dumb by Riggleman. You're down 4, why put more runners on?

Riggleman doing his level-best to make Harvey affordable to the Reds.

And to hand the 2019 managing job to someone new.

I can see the 90 loss mark being surpassed in a few days......that will be 4 years in a row over 90 losses.

At least they're securing the #7 or #8 pick. So there is that.

    Woo-hoo!

When this whole "rebuild" thing started, a number of folks advocated punting whole seasons to secure a top draft pick. But now that so many clubs are embracing the "tanking" philosophy, even punting the season won't guarantee a top 10 pick, and certainly not a top 5 pick.

Unless they go 8-1 to close the season, they will have 90+ losses for the fourth season in a row. Let that sink in. Not even the "Lost Decade" can match that kind of futility. Only the 1930-34 Reds can compare.

With Milwaukee still battling for a playoff spot this was the last meaningful game the Reds will play this year. The Marlins,Royals and Pirates are well out of it. The Reds will truly be playing out the string the last 9 games.
