During the game's heyday, I thought about living out of my car to play professional Pokemon Go. But after driving the wrong way down a parking ramp chasing a Jigglypuff, I blew out all four of my tires and had to sell my prized Mewtwo and Dark Charizard to replace them. Then I went home. The Sweeney guy has status on PGA Tour Canada this summer, so I'm no longer quite as disturbed by his story.
His rapping is still kind of disturbing, though!
Sweeney is -3 through 4 holes in round one (T1). Sweeney winning this weekend would truly make this story a thing of awesomeness!

I posted a couple months ago about my sons team (with him pitching) beating the team that pretty much destroys everyone else. That team made it through the rest of the season undefeated after we beat them, including beating us 2 times. We faced them this Saturday in the playoffs championship game-we scored 2 in the 1st but they scored 9 in the first 2- it looked over, but we slowly crept back in and beat em for the championship! My son went 2-3 with 4 rbi and a run scored (he played 3rd but didn't have a play all game). It was maybe the most exciting moment I can recall on the field-I had some great games but seeing my son finally on a team that won was a memory I wont ever forget.

This isn't a story, rather a short vid of Dan Osman setting a record for fastest ascent up a route at "Lovers Leap" near Strawberry CA.
Not a difficult climb but long and exposed, plus he does it in free-climb fashion.

Spending a few nights on the GA coast. Mrs. and I were up for an early morning beach walk. We got flagged down by a DNR turtle watch permit holder who needed help with an active nest of hatchlings. We shooed away predators so 60+ hatchlings could journey about 100 yards from nest in dunes to the ocean.
(Abiding by all federal and state laws in the process.)
