    The specifics are distracting but this is actually an interesting case. There are some easy enough ways to make your website compatible with screen reading software but, if it's true that the website isn't compatible, I'm imagining those small considerations may not have been made by the time their content management system and site were built. If you run a website that large, you should have hired a firm or design group that considers this stuff.
