I prefer MAC games to this stuff.

Here's more on the illegal defense rule:

On defense, no more than five players may rush on passing plays. No defensive player may rush from a position of more than two yards outside the widest offensive lineman and more than five yards from the line of scrimmage. The exceptions would be play-action or run-pass option plays and if the ball leaves the tackle box.
Does anyone like that? It's crap. Even with this sort of thing, offenses are still struggling.

I agree with you as to soccer and basketball (NBA). College BB can be pretty exciting. Soccer is a Communist plot...

Oh one more thing...the uniforms. Watching the game last night, SD vs Atl, the uniforms were way too similar. You gotta have one team in a color far different than the other.

    Take a look for yourselves:

How do you tell those uni's apart in fast action, peripheral vision and all?

    Yes.

But it's not going head-to-head in any current AAF market, though. In fact, with the exception of St. Louis, the announced XFL teams will be located in existing NFL markets.

Rarity of rarities, it was raining cats and dogs during last night's game in San Diego.

Hmm how to petition for Cincinnati to get a team?

Break that Mike Brown monopoly, might actually get some effort to try to win from the front office.

...worked with the Reds, thanks to FCC.

I’d think they’d have to play at Nippert. The Browns have the “public” stadium pretty well locked down.

I get the feeling we may not need to worry about what happens in season 2 when things like this are already needed:

I'm not sure what people are expecting vis a vis quality of play. These are guys who couldn't make it to the NFL. I think it's unreasonable to expect them to play at an NFL level.

My point is that they don't even play at a major college level. I see a lot more athleticism in most SEC games
