MLB.tv works great on Xbox One, it's my interest in actually watching the games that has been the problem.

Fun fact: until the expos moved to Washington, I would go see them in Washington and in the last few years the crowds were similar to what the Reds have had this year.

I use Roku to stream the games. Last year the opening screen was a list of all the day's games and their scores/ start time. This year at first it is just a drop down box with Reds(favorite team) listed then a larger box with the details of today's Red's game and highlights of past Red's games. Is this the standard opening now?

I use ROKU and have for years to stream MLB, and that is what mine changed to this year. Had me a little confused about navigating at first, but all the games are still there, and with the new stuff I get some Reds pregame and post game video clips that I never got before which I kind of like. So I guess it is a tradeoff, even though I preferred the layout for choosing games much more in prior years.

Women and younger people contribute to an increase in MLB TV ratings over last year.

Yes it is. Hit the asterisk button on your remote to get the list of games available

There's an option to still choose that as your home screen.

Question: If you had MLB TV free through T-Mobile, do you have to cancel and renew when it becomes free again through them for this season?

My dad got to enjoy 3 Reds World Championships by the time he was my age. So far, I've only gotten to enjoy one. Step it up Redlegs!

The way it has worked in the past is that they will have a offer on their “T-Mobile Tuesdays” that you will need to claim the day it is out. That offer will give you instructions on how to get MLB.TV free, but you will need to act quickly.

Right, but if I'm currently enrolled under last year's T-Mobile Tuesday, do I have to cancel and then reup when it's offered again this year in order to not be charged the normal annual subscription rate?

I checked on MLB.TV and it says I don’t have a current subscription. I guess that means I don’t have to cancel, and will have to renew it through T-Mobile Tuesdays when the time comes.

But that is just what mine says, I suggest checking your account status to be sure.
