Smoked a prime rib yesterday. It was a very nice day and was fun hanging out in the garage with the smoker outside.

    YUMMY.

After ankle surgery last fall, I didn't have the ability/time when it was nice outside to do a deep clean on my smoker like I normally do in the late fall. Finally got that deep clean in, reseasoned the smoker and getting ready to throw on a couple of pork butts this evening for a nice long overnight cook for a party tomorrow.
Posting in the clutch since twenty ought two.

I highly recommend this. I smoked some steaks a few week back and was blown away by how good they were.

    Re: Smoking Meat

I was on the Traeger app and saw that Ken Griffey Jr. has his own Philly Cheese Steak recipe. He uses Louisville Slugger Maple Pellets to smoke the meat.

    Check out this recipe: https://traeger.page.link/8oUQf2fQ1HTP9CeC8
