    Game of Thrones Season 8

A trailer for the final season dropped today. I won’t post it because I know some people try to avoid such things, but it’s awesome and I can’t wait.

    Spoiler Alert: There are dragons.

I saw one of the more recent HBO "coming soon" mash up trailers and so much good stuff is coming this year.

Divorce, GoT, Deadwood movie, Barry, Veep, some original movies based on good books, other stuff I'm forgetting.

I should add I’m happy to make this a theories and spoilers thread, but want to make sure everyone was on board with it.

I was going to mention that there were also Lannisters who may or may not have been paying their debts, but with the spoiler thing, I won't. I'll also leave the question of whether any Starks were present up in the air.

    (no real spoilers here.)

btw, I understand that George R.R. Martin and Jim Butcher have a running bet as to who can put off the next book in their popular series the longest.

Has everyone read the final book?

I'm in on the theory the Night King is going past Winterfell and taking the bulk of his army down to King's Landing. The writers last season could not stop reminding us KL has a population of 1 million. That's a lot of potential bodies.

Good news from the trailer is Tormund and Beric made it off the wall.

Things I desperately want to see:

    - Ghost finding Nymeria in the Riverlands and an army of wolves coming to the rescue
    - Clegane Bowl
    - Tyrion and Sansa getting back together
    - The Dothraki getting wiped out (they need to come down about a million pegs)
    - Finding out what's lurking underneath Winterfell
    I'm not a system player. I am a system.

I'm worried for the economy once the show concludes. There's an entire GOT content sub-industry that's going to be out of business.
