That was the sixth homer allowed by the Reds this season. It’s the lowest number in MLB.
Reds will get to the Marlins bullpen soon. That's reason for optimism.

I don't understand the Cincinnati media clamoring about this "run differential" stat all day long. When you have only played 10 games, and one of them was 14-0, it's an utterly meaningless stat.

I'm very optimistic about Mahle. He's really coming along well in his development. He clearly is not sharp tonight, but he hasn't lost his cool and given up 6 runs or anything.
