    I think the MLB owners will be just fine if they have to spend a few extra bucks online International Players. It's not like every team is it making hand-over-fist every year

    Update:

    The Reds (5.94M$ pool) have signed 28 players through the first 5 months of this year's signing period (July 2nd, 2019 to June 15th, 2020).

    The haul consists of; 9 pitchers, 4 catchers, 9 infielders, and 6 outfielders / 12 Dominicans, 11 Venezuelans, 2 Colombians, 2 Curacaoans, and 1 Cuban.

    19 of those players were signed in the first week of the signing period.

    I can give you the names, but with the exception of 2 or 3 of them you won't find anything on them, they're almost all 16-17 years of age.
