Yup, great site. I find the ratings composite very useful.
It’s basically a way for them to get a higher seed than they actually deserve. Happens every year.

Say what? Year in and year out the ACC is the toughest league in the country. Hell Virginia will be a #3 seed. Duke is a definite #1.
Texas Tech loses on the road to a decent Oklahoma squad and drops 6 places in the NET. Duke loses on the road to the woeful Demon Deacons and doesn't budge. Seems like some fuzzy math to me.
They are a 2 on the edge of being a 3. Plus it’s no guarantee they win the ACC with Louisville and/or Florida State looming.

Crazy comeback by Maryland over Minnesota....down by 16 @ Half....still down by 4 with 18 seconds. Minnesota kept missing free throws, and Maryland down by 2 hits a 3 with 1 second left.
the composite is great, but keep in mind the committee only uses the NET Rankings, KenPom, Sagarin, ESPN BPI, KPI, ESPN SOS and ESPN SOR
SEC has 7 of the top-10 in College Baseball. Guarantee they won't get more than two into the College World Series. One is more likely.

It favors all of the teams in NCAA basketball with the weak schedules....Creighton, Florida State, Kentucky, etc.

Wouldn't shock me a bit if Tennessee goes into Kentucky and beats them.

Don’t see that one happening. Tennessee is down this year and Kentucky handled them pretty well in Rocky Top. Although this Kentucky team plays better on the road than at Rupp so anything is possible.
