The Bearcats score just one point in the final 5 minutes of the first half to turn a 30-25 lead, into a 38-31 deficit. Sound familiar?

I remember all of that. It was a mess with every conference having something different. That ACC 3 point line was crazy. I don't think the SEC used one until it was an official rule.

Today wasn't a bad loss so much as a missed opportunity. The effort wasn't good, though. If they win their last two and get to the AAC tournament final, I don't see how they miss out. If they only win one in the AAC tournament, I'll be really worried.
Assuming they don't lose anyone, that Houston team is going to be good next year.
Four sophomores and freshmen in the starting lineup, and all can play.

I think UC is in if they win out the regular season and win one in Ft. Worth.
Rhody with a devastating loss at home against SLU. Have to think they need to beat Dayton at home or in the A-10 Tournament to get in now.
Xavier played awful but snuck by a fading Georgetown team on the road. Muskies are probably one win in the regular season or the Big East Tournament away from slipping into the Dance. Would certainly prefer to avoid the opening round in Dayton with a bonus win or two.
UC was one of Lunardi's last four in before today's loss. Rhode Island lost as well. Utah State lost to a lesser team last night.
Only USC of the last four in won.
I'm guessing Wichita State (first four out, in Lunardi's latest) needs to win today's tilt at SMU to leapfrog all four.

Wichita State with a huge comeback at SMU to put themselves in much better bubble shape.
They might well be a 7 - 10 seed if they win out.
LOL, yeah the Jays laid an egg.
WVU will be on the bubble soon.....worst season I can recall going through. I would rather just stink all year and show some improvement over a total collapse. I am just ready for the season to end.
