I think Votto will do better then he is now but you have to wonder what his cut off is. If he has a truly terrible season all the way through does anyone think he would just hang em up? This seems to be killing him.

Wouldn't call that a "nice bounce back inning" from Roark. He's pitched respectably against a great offensive team today as it is. Yes the walks have hurt. But one run innings is at least limiting the damage. Thom needs to be looking for a nice bounce back inning from the offense.

Not for just one season no. If he’s worth negative value again next season, then maybe he considers it.

Yeah, I tend to agree. But I think it depends on just how bad this season goes. I'm still not ready to say he wont bounce back to above average though.

no idea if Iglesias can keep this up, but safe to say that nobody expected him to hit this much

Winker has to use the whole field more.

The shift is really hurting him.

It’s not that he’s pulling the ball THAT often, but in today’s shifting environment he must spray it around more.

I’d say the same for Votto.

To be discussed, I’ll put this in an ORG thread at some point. The numbers are convincing.

not sure that Turner Ward would be fired during the season, but I'd guess he won't be back next year

There's your quintessential Peraza AB. Let's install that guy at 2B or SS for the next 5.

I think if they dont hit by mid June he might be gone. The expectations had to be pretty high and they've been pretty awful overall.

Roark’s done a great job of pitching to a gameplan. Should really only be a 1-0 game.
