I'm pretty neutral on Thom. I can take him or leave him and he says things that are wrong often.
Having said that, it's pretty freaking annoying to open these game threads day after day and get 10% of the posts about nothing but him
I never thought it would be so when he was the regular play-by-play man on TV, but I miss George Grande.

Lefties pulling the ball is death today with the shift, except if you hit a long ball.
Two opposite field hits by Votto today, one a bloop, one a line drive.
Edit: and Jesse pulls a grounder to second for a DP. He’ll adjust, he’s a good hitter, but that’s part of why Votto and Winker aren’t hitting for average this year.
