That's a few less than average.

They might sign a couple more, but this is most of the heavy lifting.

Nice. I really hope they can ink Contreras. Then I’ll be content.

I'd guess Ruffcorn, as a college junior, will get signed too.

    Nice to see Marrero signed.

Without knowing Yang's number, the Reds are still ~$169,000 under the 5 percent mark. If Yang doesn't eat all of that up, you'd think that might be enough to make things enticing for one or two of the post-10th round picks. Not sure if $210,000 ($125,000 + $85,000) does it for the Puerto Rican kids, but that'd be pretty great if it did.

I would have actually preferred them to sign Yan over Yang (even if they were separated by about 150 picks).
So yes, if they can get Yan signed too i will call it a success.

    I don't see that. I see a pre-draft statement.

I heard that signing Yang over Yan cost them an extra G.

Thanks. Kind of annoying Lodolo is headed to Billings, was hoping he’d go to Dayton. The Greeneville guys were all expected, although curious to hear all they align the infield.

I'm pleased with Lodolo to Billings. Part of good minor league management is keeping franchises happy. 2 starts there, on to Dayton on July 1, he could be in Daytona in mid July if they want.

A few others. I might still be missing one or two. Couple NDFA's are also included here: Note that until Greeneville plays, there is always a chance of a change based on a need elsewhere.

    Billings: McAfee, Cotton, Hopkins, Stevenson.
Greeneville: Ashcraft, Bumpass, Cooper, Fisher, Garbee, Gill, Gomez, Keys, Kravetz, Sefcik, Serreino, Zimmerman.
AZL. Creal, Marrero, Nieves, Parker, Pino and NDFA Lane.

Looks like I better try to make it to Billings for one of his starts.

I wouldn’t put much stock in it.

Senzel started at Billings, hit poorly over 10 games and got promoted to Dayton where he was exceptional.

Just looking to get their feet wet.

Keep in mind that Lodolo has already pitched 103 innings this year in college, a more than 30% increase over his average of the previous two years.
