The FSL ASG is being delayed by rain in the 4th. The North All-Stars are still looking for their first hit. Jonathan India is 0-2. Alejo Lopez is hitless in his lone trip to the dish.

The FSL ASG is back up and running the North squad is still hitless through 6. India and Lopez are both out of the game, each going 0-2. Andy Sugilio is in center now. He is 0-1.

Louisville has roared back with 5 runs in the 7th. They trail by a single marker now, 9-8.

Aristides hit his second 2-run jack on the night, giving him 13 for the season and 7 for the month of June.

Longhi has singled and doubled. Refsnyder has doubled twice. Notorious B.O.G. has a pair of singles.

Chattanooga falls behind 2-0. Alfredo Rodriguez has a lone single for the Lookouts.

Billings is up 2-0 in the middle of the 4th. J-Train Willems has tripled and scored.

Miguel Medrano has faced the minimum through 4 innings, while fanning 4.

Jackson Stephens gives up a pair of insurance runs, and Louisville falls 11-8.

Jimmy Herget struck out all 4 batters that he faced. in 33.1 innings he has fanned 43. He has walked 20 though.

Louisville's record falls to 27-41 as Reds' management tries its best to kill off baseball in the River City. The Bats are well on their way to their 8th consecutive losing season.

    Re: 6/15/19 Minor League doings...

Matt Pidich is reached for 3 runs in the 8th to tie the game at 4. Dayton is now heading into extras.

Dayton has 5 hits for the game, 4 coming in the 6th when they scored all of their runs.

Whoever recommended that Bren be drafted has some Spillane-ing to do. Spillane has struck out 3 times in 4 trips to the plate, lifting his K% to a lofty, almost unheard of 48.8%. Ouch!

Juan Martinez booted another ball. That makes 24 errors on the season. He has been lifted from the contest.

Dayton, because of the ridiculous start-a-man-on-second-in-extra-innings rule, has scored a run without the benefit of a hit. They lead 5-4 going into the bottom of the 10th. Hopefully, they hang on.

Miguel Medrano came out after 5 innings for the Mustangs. He was close to perfection, facing 16 batters. A lone groundball single in the fifth was the only runner to reach against him.

The bullpen has not come close to matching that effort, giving up 4 runs over the next 2 frames.

Willems and Seminati have 2 hits apiece, accounting for all 4 of Billings safeties. They trail 4-2 in the bottom of the 8th.

Rally caps engaged! Quincy McAfee was hit by a pitch, and Quin Cotton drew a walk. Two on. No outs. J. Willems at the plate. And they are having the J-Train bunting? He eventually strikes out.

Chattanooga drops the nightcap 2-0, mustering just 2 hits. Alfredo Rodriguez singled and doubled.

The Lookout bullpen (Strahan - 2 and Payano - 1) worked 3 hitless innings.

Dayton holds on to win 5-4.

Connor Bennett blew the save, but got the win. He did not allow a run in his 2.2 innings of work, striking out 5.

A ground out and a strike out later, and the Billings rally has fizzled out.

It’s time to see what India can do in Chattanooga.

Wins for “things I want to happen tomorrow” and “things you’d never expect to read on a baseball messageboard.”

Not thinking they move Puig, but if they did and we drop several games in the standings & the Punisher continues playing well, I wonder if he would get an extended look-see in RF?

I assume it would be difficult to find out, but I wonder what the record is for most homeruns in a month by a REDS minor league player. Aristides is on a torrid pace.
