A friend of mine used to teach and coach football and basketball in South Carolina. Boiled peanuts are all he ever talks about!

    I lived there already.

We've almost moved there a few times, including recently. You may not think it's possible from a guy who lives in West Virginia, but the culture shock is huge. Only thing better is the weather.

I bought some boiled peanuts from a place in Georgia a couple of years ago. He was boiling them in a pot right over a fire out in front of the business. Dipped them right out of the pot and put them in the container. I thought the cajun ones were pretty tasty.

Well there’s your problem. You’re not supposed to put them in your tea. You put them in your Coke.

We were there in April and the weather was miserably hot. They say July and August are brutal.

I think Marty has been a lesser announcer without Joe balancing him out.

Sort of, but not exactly. Marty and Joe actually made a great team; Chris (and in his absence, Cowboy) does all the heavy lifting on the TV side.
